Strong Bones
Yo-Barre
Elevate your fitness routine with Kris’s Yo-Barre class! This class is a fusion of yoga and barre, beginning with some simple, centering yoga stretches, moving into a barre-inspired, low-impact toning and sculpting workout with light weights, and then ending with gentle yoga postures and savasana. You’ll experience an effective full-body workout that tones muscles, improves balance and posture, and builds flexibility, all with a relaxing finish. This class is perfect for all levels, and no dance experience or equipment is required—just bring a mat, or use one of ours!
Fit in 30
Jamie’s energizing 30-minute classes incorporate strength, cardio, circuit, TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls and more – no two classes are alike! All classes include modifications for all levels of fitness. You will not get bored with these fun workouts!
Intuitive Heart-Led Sound Bath
Maleine Gargurevich will be combining vocal, toning, mantra, and ethereal sounds amongst a diversity of instruments, such as Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, small gongs, tuning forks, and xylophones in this beautiful experience. You are invited to dive deep within the realms of your being-ness, the space between the conscious and unconscious self. You will be guided into your heart space, releasing what is no longer needed and creating the space within yourself for new opportunities of life exploration and gratitude. You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, and welcome to bring mats, pillows, blankets or bolsters to make your experience even more cozy and relaxing. Mats and limited blankets/bolsters are available as well. Saturday Feb 1, 2025 4:30-6pm, $30 per person.

Melanie, PT, will lead this full-body workout that blends cardio challenges with strength training in this fun and dynamic class. She will provide modifications for all fitness levels and finish with a good long stretch. You will leave feeling tired, but terrific! *Please bring clean sneakers to change into for this class!*
Streeeeeetch
This class, taught by Sonja, PT, is ideal for athletic adults – cyclists, swimmers, runners, and hikers – as well as all those looking to get a deeper stretch and improve their flexibility and spinal range of motion. She will lead you in both dynamic and static stretches that will help to reduce your risk of injury and chronic overuse syndromes as you hit the trails, pool, or field. *Please bring clean sneakers to change into for this class!*
Tai Chi
POUND
POUND is a 45-minute group fitness class taught by Betsy Migliore that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. It helps with agility, coordination and strength and includes routines standing, sitting and laying down. POUND is for all fitness levels and modifications are shown throughout the workout. Ripstix are provided. Comfortable clothes, sneakers (or barefoot), a yoga mat and water are recommended.
